Love & Hip Hop NY Ratings At All-Time Low
We figured this…
Love & Hip Hop NY is not that interesting this season. With Erica Mena & Rich Dollaz drama; Winter and that tell-all book; Mendeecees and his court cases; and Mr. Joe Budden and Tahiry’s relationship, I mean there is really not anything to actually keep viewers coming back. These struggling story lines are not hot, at all. If you asked me, it’s kind of like Mona Scott just threw a group of people together and hoped for the best.
When you have a spin-off like Love & Hip Hop ATL, your original cast must be A1 at all times. And that’s not happening this season. I think the show had potential but when Tahiry & Joe paired with Erica & Rich became the main story lines that was a fail!
According to Indiewire, Previously, the show was easily pulling in close to 3 million viewers regularly, but the viewership has now literally dropped in half, with the March 18th show pulling in only 1.51 million viewers, according to Nielsen.
Nevertheless, I’m sure L&HH ATL will make up for the lost drama and ratchetness.
